STANDING ON THE SHOULDERS OF GIANTS
MACHWERKET CopenhagenJacob Sikker Remin, founder of 8bit klubben and curator of Mikrogalleriet, is opening his forst solo exhibition “STANDING ON THE SHOULDERS OF GIANTS” in gallery MACHWERKET in århus. The exhibit will show the BIGGEST pixel ever, a networked cube of fluorescent light tubes, 2D mobile barcodes and 4bit music. Not to be missed. Exhibit is running until end of May. I collaborate with the project with some pixel glitch videos!

For example, a play doctor game is a make-believe. Shojonotomo set up miscellaneous “GOCO” from a point of view of adult children, decorating the inside of the store as closets for adults and depicting Peter Pan syndrome.

A project created halfway between Madrid and Berlin, “Emperor’s Boxes” is an AV set that shows Tubular Balls (SPA) and Raquel Meyers (SPA) joining forces for a common effort. A collage of sound and image, determinated by the content of each box. 4 boxes, 4 individuals, unlimited possibilities by mixing them.
